JEFF MCINNIS was born in Niceville, Florida and was surrounded by the magic of the ocean. He grew up on fishing boats, bringing in only the freshest catch and by 16, he was peeling shrimp, cleaning squid, cutting fish and cooking on the line at The Marina Cafe. Jeff was born to either fish or cook, and to this day, he would gladly do either.
JANINE BOOTH was born on the beautiful, island continent of Australia. Living in a culinary melting pot for most of her life, Janine was exposed to a vast array of flavors and cuisines. Her international flare along with a fascination for food, inspired her to begin cooking classes at a young age and molded her into the chef she is known for today.
Jeff & Janine offer a unique and forward thinking culinary experience at The Sarsaparilla Club. A restaurant of freedom & flexibility along with the duos modern style of service, allows guests an unlimited opportunity to experience a broad range of cuisine from an expertly crafted menu.
At The Drawing Room we craft house cocktails with fresh local ingredients, herbs and botanicals to create unique libations that are one of a kind. Borrowing techniques from the kitchen and apothecary, our Bartenders stir up masterpieces and blur the line between chemistry and art.
